Warning Politics, not football
Damn, she pulled it out. Damn. I am a registered Democrat and I am just pulling out my hair watching this race. John McCain is sitting pretty watching Hiliary and Barrack duke it out, splitting the party in two. He can just go around and raise money, attack the democratic canidates while they are still fighting, and make publicity appearances. Damn. I hope Hiliary runs out of money soon because a fight that continues to the Democratic Convention will lead to John McCain winning the presidency easy. I can't stand John McCain because he basically an old replica of the clown in the Oval Office now. He supports the war in Iraq, believes in the Bush economic policies that led to the reccession, and is frankly too old to be reliable for the next four years (he's no Reagan). So lets pray for the race to ends soon or else.

I'm right there with you to a certain extent.
But this was Hillary's state from the start, and the win doesn't surprise me. Disappoint? Yes. Surprise? No.
The ones in two weeks will matter more. Indiana's more of a tossup, and Obama is likely to win back everything he 'lost' yesterday. With the additional problem that it's not an endless race. There's a finish line and whoever's ahead at the end, the Superdelegates will go with. I'm sure of it.
As to McCain... there's one thing that trumps everything else here -- the economy.
If it sucks (and it looks pretty likely to continue to do so), McCain will lose no matter what has happened between now and then.
In addition, don't forget the "who's taller" factor. Shrub is maybe the first candidate of the TV age to be the shorter one to win a Presidential election. Obama gets the nod, and McCain can't beat him. Despite there being a not-insignificant percentage of racists still around.
